Broughton Padel supplies players with bookings, free of any additional charge, with 4 Loan Padel Rackets and a smalll  number of Padel balls on trust. These are there to be used where players do not have their own.

All loan Padel rackets are asset tagged as "Property of Broughton Padel" and will be either manufactured by Head or Wilson.

These Padel Rackets and Balls are available from the Green and Blue lockers in the stack immediately to the right of the electonic court access gate as you enter the fenced compound surrounding the Padel courts.

Both lockers are secured with a combination padlock. The code for the padlocks is contained in the booking confirmation email - so make sure you read that email and note the combination.

The Red locker is for Broughton Padel use only so please leave it alone unless directed.

Do not be tempted to try and use Tennis balls to play Padel. They may look the same but Tennis balls are pressuried at 14psi and Padel balls at 11psi. This is a significant difference in play. Tennis balls are far too lively for Padel and would ruin any game if used.

After players finish their session please replace the loan Padel rackets and balls in the locker ready for the next court booking.

Replace the padlock and twist the dials to a random number, as you found it.

Please treat loan Padel rackets and balls with respect and don't abuse them in use. They are supplied on trust, and without charge. If abuse of this sytem occurs then alternatives will have to be considered.

This may include imposing extra charges for loan rackets and balls. Broughton Padel hope that will not be necessary in the interests of keeping costs down and making the game accessible to all.
