Information for Club Members:  Please book courts 1 and 2 unless they are both unavailable for the date/time required, in which case book courts 3 or 4.

Courts may be booked for 1 hour for a fee of £10 (excluding floodlights). This is the total cost for 2 to 4 players on one court for 1 hour. If you have already registered with the club then login and proceed to select your chosen date, court, and start time and click on the corresponding box. Then click on "Continue Booking", then sign in and continue with your booking and payment. 

If you have not yet registered, then please do so and you will then be able to make court bookings. Select your chosen date, court, and start time and click on the corresponding box. Then click "Continue Booking", and on the next page that appears click on "Click Here" which is to the right of the text "Haven't created an account". Then complete the registration details and on completion continue with your booking and payment. The next time you want to book a court just use your username and password that you selected during registration and then go straight to the 'court booking' tab; you will not need to re-register.

You must draw the key for the court booked from the Beversbrook Office at the far end of the car tarmac carpark by the large pavilion - even if someone else is already on the other Pay&Play court when you arrive or if a club member is using courts 1 or 2. You will be required to leave a deposit (e.g., £10 or a driving licence or similar) for the key. Please do not give the key to a subsequent P&P player when you leave; return it to the Beversrbrook Office and collect your deposit. Beversbrook has separate keys for each of Court 3 and Court 4.

FLOODLIGHTS are available for Pay & Play bookings.

If you book a court for any time around or after sunset (around 6.30pm from April) you will need floodlights. You can purchase floodlight tokens from the Beversbrook office for £2 each, and each tomen lasts for 30 minutes. Please bring the exact change if you wish to purchase tokens. Insert your tokens into the right-hand slot-machine within the WHITE electrical box between the clubhouse and court 1&2  gate then use your key to enter the far gate to play. Note that, 5 minutes before the end of your token time a blue light will start to flash on the floodlight pole nearest to the gate to indicate that you only have a few minutes of light left. At the end of your time, 5 of the floodlights will extinguish. One light will remain on for a few minutes so that you can exit the court safely. Please note that floodlights are used at your own risk; the tokens are not refundable and will not be replaced in the event of failure to operate the lights correctly. If the floodlights fail to operate when tokens are used correctly then please call 07793 424902 for assistance.

Pay & Play customers may make up to 3, individual 1-hour bookings per week for up to 1 week in advance. Once the weekly limit is reached, all booked sessions must be completed before the weekly cycle repeats. If you are a regular player and wish to book more frequently then please call 07793 424902.

Please note that refunds for bookings will only be given if Calne Tennis Club cancels your booking for operational reasons or in the unlikely event that Beversbrook Sports Facility is closed during a booked period; if that happens then contact 07793 424902 during your booked period. We will always refund your booking fee, or provide a free replacement booking, if you are unable to enjoy your booked period due to a facility-related issue that is beyond your control.
