Callum Findlay is the National Performance & University Head Coach for Tennis Wales and a leading figure in player development at Cardiff Metropolitan University. With extensive experience coaching performance athletes and captaining the Wales U18 team at national events, Callum specialises in guiding players through the transition from junior to elite levels. His coaching philosophy focuses on building strong technical foundations, fostering teamwork, and creating a positive, high-performance environment that helps players reach their full potential both on and off the court.

Before joining Cardiff Met, Callum worked as a coach at Millfield School where he spent time working on their high performance programme. Prior to that Callum studied Sports Coaching BSc at Bath University gaining invaluable experience in the science of coaching, adding to his extensive knowledge of the game. Callum grew up playing tennis at a national level representing Wales and South Wales at multiple age groups. 

Callum works exceptionally hard at helping players as they progress through the Welsh Performance Pathway and prids himself on building players who are hard to beat.
