At Carl Douglas Tennis Coaching, we want to create a safe and inclusive environment for everyone who wants to take part in the fantastic sport of tennis. Disrespect and/or abuse in any form towards other players, coaches, helpers etc has no place on or off the tennis court and will not be tolerated.  We have therefore devised our C.H.A.M.P.I.O.N.S code of conduct which is also built in to our Rally Awards Roadmap system to ensure that everyone is clear on the levels of behaviour that are expected. SANCTIONS FOR FAILING TO COMPLY WITH CODE OF CONDUCT

Failure to follow the Code may result in any/all of the following actions may be taken by my Carl Douglas Tennis Coaching or the tennis club where the incident(s) occurred: I may:

• Be required to apologise to my team-mates, the other team, coach, volunteer or spectator
• Receive a formal warning via my parents/carer from the Coach or Club Welfare Officer 
• Be asked to miss the next training session or match
• Be permanently excluded from a training squad  and/or team

In addition:

• My club, may make my parent or carer aware of any infringements of the Code of Conduct
• I could have my club membership suspended or removed
