BOOKING
All group coaching, 1:1 coaching and camp coaching is booked via the CDTC ClubSpark portal which can be accessed at clubspark.lta.org.uk/CarlDouglasCoaching
Courses have limited places to adhere to LTA guidelines and to ensure that the quality of the sessions can be maintained. Places on courses are offered on a "first come, first served basis". Payment must be made at the time of booking and in advance of the course cut-off deadline (normally one-two weeks prior to course commencement). The ClubSpark system will generate a confirmation email once full payment has been received.

Our standard junior coaching courses are term time only (paid for on a half termly basis) and will not run during school holidays. However, specialist camps, individual lessons and other private tuition may be offered as an alternative during holiday periods (check website for details).
It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to check that they have enrolled and paid for the correct course, have received email confirmation of payment and that they are aware of the correct course timings and locations.
Course/Session Cancellations: Carl Douglas Tennis Coaching (CDTC) reserve the right to amend or cancel course bookings at short notice in cases of coach illness, poor weather conditions or where minimum fill numbers are not met. Where such situations arise, please check our cancellation and refund policy.
