The Property known as Croydon Adult Schools Social and Athletic Sports Ground Lloyd Park Avenue Croydon and currently registered at the Land Registry with good leasehold title under title number SGL 612181 with Ronald John Carver and John Zareba as the current registered proprietors holding the Property on trust for Croydon  Adult Schools Social and Athletic Club.   The above lease is being surrendered and a new lease being granted to  CASSAC LTC.  Once the new lease is granted this will be registered under a new title number with the Trustees as the registered proprietors.
