The weather brightened up just in time to dry out Castle Hill’s grass courts to host this year's Mixed Doubles tournament. With 18 members taking part playing a Round Robin format, and after a good 5 hours of some fine tennis, it resulted in a win for Anne Taylor partnering Dave Hancock who narrowly beat Jane Carroll and Shriram Bhosle 7-5 in the final. Jane and Shriram came back from 3-5 down to make it 5-5, but Taylor and Hancock just got over the line.
