You can expect a high intensity session with lots of balls being hit, drills, and point play. Sessions will be fast paced to keep you warm and boost fitness levels. A great cardiovascular workout which is an alternative to a gym class. Cardio Tennis is suitable for all tennis levels.
Monday 7.30pm-8.30pm Cardio Tennis Drills Class at Cheam Tennis Club - PAY AND PLAY
