Cardio Tennis Drills Classes
You can expect a high intensity session with lots of balls being hit, drills, and point play. Sessions will be fast paced to keep you warm and boost fitness levels. Cardio Tennis is suitable for all tennis levels.

Players participating in coaching at Cheam Tennis Club will also need to JOIN as a member. Please note that your first course can be used as a taster so you do not need to join the club straight away. The club also offers a specific coaching-only membership for those players who only want to attend coaching or cardio sessions.
