Cwmbran Tennis Club are delighted to support the If You Go I Go initiative created by the Sports Development Team at Torfaen County Borough, to encourage women across Torfaen to be more active, more often.

The Sports Development Team will engage with women in the Torfaen area, identify the reasons that make it hard for them to take part in regular exercise and with the Team's help and support, provide solutions.

At the Tennis Club

Head coach Pat Wilson is liaising with Torfaen Sports Development Team to help support this fantastic initiative.

Pat runs a fun & friendly adult cardio tennis session at the Club each Wednesday evening 6-6:45pm (weather permitting) catering for all abilities.
