Each Wednesday evening, at 9:00, the poll is published for the following Saturday. You'll have to be quick as the 16 places are snapped up in minutes (sometimes 20 depending upon court availability). Participants should have experience of doubles play, be able to serve consistently and sustain a good level of play with a variety of shots.
