Sunday 8th May - Davis Cup Day

2 former WORLD RANKED professional players will be visiting DLTC on May 8th to deliver coaching sessions to our members as well as showcasing their skills in an exhibition match on our courts!!!

Danny Sapsford and Luke Milligan (both of whom have reached the 3rd round at Wimbledon and represented Great Britain in the Davis Cup) are part of a tennis charity called Bright Ideas. The charity supports tennis clubs in the UK by increasing membership numbers, raising participation levels and improving playing facilities. All money raised during this event will go towards a future coaching/community project at the club.

The timetable for the day will look like this:

10-10.45am: Mini Tennis (5-10yrs) - £6pp (5 PLACES LEFT)

10.45-11.30am: Teenagers (11-18yrs) - £6pp (FULL)

11.30-12.30pm: Adult Social/Team Players - £8pp (6 PLACES LEFT)

12.30-1.30pm: Adult Team Players - £8pp (2 PLACES LEFT)

1.30-2pm: How fast is your serve? (measured by speed guns)

2-3pm: Doubles Exhibition Match
