Change your booking

We will change a booking like for like at any point (subject to availability). Places are limited to 30 and we will book people in on a first come first served basis.

Children from overseas

We welcome families from outside the UK. For a child’s safety and welfare we ask they have an understanding of the English language. We will use translation apps in the event that communication is difficult.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)

We reserve the right to cancel any Tennis Summer Camp place, at any time, and with any notice period, in the event of circumstances beyond our control preventing us from operating camp as we planned. This clause applies to the cancellation of any and all Tennis Summer Camp booking made.

Exclusions

We reserve the right to exclude or refuse any person at any time prior to and during the camp if, in our opinion, that person is incompatible with the general well being of the camp.

To give the very best experience, we have a number of policies in place regarding the safety and welfare of the children in our care.

  1. Safeguarding of beneficiaries will be observed at all times as per the Lawn Tennis Association guidelines as detailed here:  https://www.lta.org.uk/about-us/safeguarding/coaching-standards/
  2. Ensure that the guidance on sun safety code which is supported by the LTA is followed at all times. Details on this can be found here: https://www.melanoma-fund.co.uk/ok-sun-safety-code/

If you book a space and fail to attend more than twice on the Ukrainian scheme, you will no longer be welcome to book a place.

Friends requests

We’re unable to guarantee friend requests as we must ensure we fulfil staff-child ratios. A request can be made prior to the start of camp for children of the same age.
