Club Championships

Dumfries Tennis Club runs a club championship every year which is open to all paid up members of the Sports Club.

The ties will be played during June, July and August with the Finals Day planned for the 30th of August.

For 2025 we have set a final's date of August 30th with the rounds being completed as listed below.
Finals - 30th August
Semi Finals - August,
Quarter Finals - July & August,
Round of 16 - June & July

If any round of matches are not completed in the above relevant months then the bottom player in each match will be awarded a walk-over, unless there is a genuine reason. Players at the top of each match are asked to sort the matches in a suitable timescale or report back if they are struggling for a suitable agreed date.

The Men's and Women's Handicap doubles events are draw for adult partners but we will allow adults to pick a junior partner or a junior to pick another younger junior and again this year we will allow a named partner for the Mixed Doubles handicap event and also a draw for partners, so please enter and enjoy the occasion.
