Rother District Council is pleased to announce Adam Field Coaching as the sole tennis provider choosen to provide tennis at Egerton Park. Details on what will be offered by the team and how residents can get involved in coaching can be found at Egerton Park tennis coaching. A brief summary about the team is provided at the bottom of this article.
The selection process includes checking coach registration, safeguarding and safety and this is the only organised coaching now allowed at the park and no other coach not part of Egerton Park Tennis Coaching team is allowed to coach and shouldnt be used.
The coaching team will be down at the park to answer questions as well as being able to be contacted via their website and is keen to get you playing whatever your background, age or ability.
They will also be at a proposed open day for the court planned during the morning of 27th May but subject to change.
About Egerton Park Tennis Coaching
Egerton Park Tennis Coaching provides a tennis coaching programme that caters for players at all levels of their tennis journey whether they have just picked up a racquet for the first time or play 2-3 times a week at all ages and abilities.
The Team of Adam Field, Adam Eardley, Stephanie Trill, Craig Thompson have many years of coaching experience for kids and adults at all levels and abilities. The Team will be running LTA Youth, Cardio Tennis, Tennis Xpress and Adult Beginner/improvers and advanced groups as well as wheelchair tennis and Learning difficulties and visually impaired tennis throughout the week.
In addition to these groups running throughout the week we will be running weekly Adult social sessions and Tennis for Free. Throughout the year we will be running some competitions and kids’ camps.
