Play your part in helping people in your community play tennis for free at your local park.

Barclay's Free Parks Tennis is coming to Egerton Park, Bexhill. This is a dedicated session for residents to enjoy a free community session in the park. The initiative is supported at a national level by the Lawn Tennis Association and Barclays and locally by Rother District Council and Egerton Park Coaching who are the tennis coaching provider for the courts. 

Equipment is provided and basic coaching

The key aim of the session is to provide the first steps into playing and for it to become an inclusive session run by the community for the community. More about Barclays Free Parks Tennis can be found of the LTA website.

Come Along and try it. The more the better be it to manage numbers and for safety those come should book through the coaching page on this website. This will require some registration details.

Volunteers who wish to help with the session are always welcome and will be provided with training and support. We do want the sessions run by the community for the community and be representative of all ages and involving people from all backgrounds.

Please come along to find out more and speak to the coaches. This is a great way to get into coaching or give something back if you enjoy the sport. And who knows, as well helping someone you may be supporting the next Wimbledon champion
