Egerton Park Tennis Courts Troubleshooting Guide

Checklist to using the courts
Read and agree to all Court Booking Terms of Use - booking conditions
Step 1: Select ‘Booking’
Step 2: Select your date and time and click to book
Step 3: Choose your finish time on drop down option (minimum 30 minute booking) and select ‘Continue Booking’. Ensure the length is correct from 30 mins to maximum of 2 hours on that 1 booking as no further bookings can be made for that day.
Step 4: Sign-in or Register to continue
Step 5: Confirm and finalise booking. The booking will generate a pin code to unlock the gate for the session time paid for and please take this code with you.
Step 6: Remember to have copy of your booking confirmation to the courts when going to play.
Step 7: Gate access. You must type in the * (STAR) before the 7 digit code for the gate. The code will not work otherwise. The gate will only open at the time of booking so please do not attempt to access the court at any other time.
Please arrive in time for you allocated playing time and vacate the court once your time allocation has finished.
What do I do if my PIN code doesn’t work?
- Check your booking is on the correct day and time.
- Are you entering the code within your allocated booking time? (No more than 10 minutes before or after your booked session).
- Make sure you press the * key once then the seven-digit code.
What do the tones/sounds mean on the keypad?
- Two short tones (with a blue light displayed) signals that the code has been input correctly.
- A short tone (with a red light displayed) signals that the code has been input incorrectly.
- A long tone (with a red light displayed) signals that the code has been input incorrectly three times. The keypad has now been locked, and you will need to wait one minute before trying again.
How to cancel bookings
Step 1: Go to the "Book a Court" page
Step 2: Log into ClubSpark (top right-hand corner)
Step 3: Click on your name (top right-hand corner)
Step 4: Click "My Profile"
Step 5: Click "Manage Bookings"
Step 6: Find the booking & click "Cancel"
