Adult Improvers  Sat 10-11am (Cooden)

Adult Improvers is designed for the Improver/Intermediate player who is aiming to develop their  game further. Covering the basic fundamentals of all the basic strokes, tactical situations including both  doubles & singles, plus match play situations. All taking place within a fun learning environment which assists the players development. These sessions are run weekly on a monthly block basis though you can opt to pick the weeks you wish & pay as you play.

 

 

 

Cardio Tennis  Fri  6.45-7.45pm (Cooden) Thurs 6-7pm (Cross In Hand)

Cardio Tennis is a high-energy fitness workout that combines the best features of the sport with cardiovascular exercise. Unlike a traditional technical lesson, the focus is on keeping your heart rate up through a series of fast-paced drills, games, and movement patterns. A typical session involves a group of players of all ability levels hitting a high volume of balls, often set to upbeat music to maintain a high tempo.

This session is designed to be inclusive and fun, appealing to anyone looking to burn calories and improve their agility on the court without the pressure of a formal match. It is perfect for:

A drills session for those wishing to improve their  matchplay skills with particular focus on doubles play. Tactical & technical elements of your game will be challenged. Aimed at players at an intermediate to advanced level.These sessions are run weekly on a monthly block basis though you can opt to pick the weeks you wish& pay as you play.

Live Ball is a high-energy, fast-paced tennis clinic that ditches traditional drills and serves in favor of continuous point play. Often described as "tennis meets cardio," the session typically follows a "champion of the court" format where players compete in rapid-fire doubles points, moving in and out of the game based on results. With a coach feeding balls quickly to keep the momentum high and music often playing in the background, it focuses on instinct, net play, and situational awareness rather than technical instruction.

These sessions are ideal for intermediate to advanced players who want an intense workout while sharpening their competitive edge. It appeals to those who find traditional lessons too slow or static, as well as social players looking for a fun, team-oriented environment where they can hit hundreds of balls in a single hour without the pressure of a formal match.

 

Beginners Session Sat 9.00-10.00am (Cooden) 10-11am (Cross In Hand LTC)

If you have never played tennis before, or haven’t played in a long time, then Tennis, then this  is the session for you. It is an easy and fun way for adult beginners to get into the game. During sessions you will be taught new skills and be shown how to serve, rally and score, so that by the end, you will be able to enjoy fun matches with your friends, family or other people you meet.
