What can you expect?
Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness session that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Delivering the ultimate full body workout, Cardio Tennis is fun, social and designed to get you moving.
This is a tennis session that will give you a Cardio Workout !! The idea is to keep your heart rate in your "training zone" for extended periods of time. You'll be asked to hit balls and complete various exercises. Don't worry, there's no need to be expert at tennis, you can literally be a beginner with no tennis experience to take part in this session. The session is definitely a group activity, we will need a minimum of 5 people to make it run. There will be a maximum of 12 spaces available each session. Sessions are set to music.
