History

The club moved several years ago from Bradshaw Lane, our home for over seventy years, to our current site on Stockton Lane

Information

We are an LTA affiliated tennis club run by and for our members.

We are a  friendly club with great facilities, situated in South Warrington, not far from the M6 & M56.  Whether a complete beginner, seasoned professional, or anything in between, we would love to have you as a member!

We have 8 tennis courts comprising of 5 astro turf and 3 artifical clay courts. Floodlights are available on the 5 astro turf courts for all year round tennis with plans to put floodlights on the remaining 3 artificial clay courts. To accommodate players from other clubs without these extensive facilities we also offer a cheaper winter only membership.

We also have 2 floodlit padel tennis courts and a pickleball court. Padel is a newer type of tennis, a cross between tennis and squash, and is now as popular in parts of Europe as tennis itself.  For more info, hit 'Padel' in the main links. Pickleball has traits of tennis and padel to it but with a different scoring system and ball.

League Tennis

We compete in the Warrington and District league during the summer and have ladies, mens teams and mixed teams entered.

Club & Social Tennis

Internally there is lots going on with floodlight leagues, social tennis and mini tournaments over the course of the year.

Coaching

We have our own coaching team and can provide coaching for all ages and abilities.

Junior Tennis

We have acomprehensive junior coaching programme that runs seven days a week, throughout the year.

Wednesday  4.00-5.00pm AGES 5-11

Wednesday 5.00-6.00pm AGES 9-12

Thursday  4.45-5.45pm AGES 11-14

Thursday 4.30-5.30pm AGES 15-18

Friday 4.30-5.30pm  AGES 10-12
