Our Wimbledon Draw event will take place on May 4th 2019, following the usual format of “BINGO”. It follows the Presidents Prize competition. At 5pm
There are 204 members who are eligible and have opted in on the LTA website. It is too late if you have not completed this task, but if you are still “waiting” to pay your subscriptions (although those who chosen the instalment method are fine), then please be aware that you will not be eligible to enter the draw as your membership will have lapsed.
We have 32 pairs of tickets this year, which is fewer than usual, comprising 12 for Centre Court, 14 No 1 Court and 6 No 2 Court (6 of the first 8 days only), so on average, a better quality of ticket, just fewer of them.
To be in the draw, please complete one of the attached forms and place in the box in the club house no later than Thursday May 2nd. (2 days before the draw). Please be aware, it is important that you complete all sections, particularly your BTM number so we can verify your identity on the ticket allocation system. If you are unable to attend the draw, please don’t be concerned, we will allocate tickets on either best (most expensive) basis or according to your particular wishes which must be stated on your entry slip (e.g. “only centre court” or “not on Thursdays” or combination of court and date)
Whilst we would anticipate all of the tickets we currently have on offer will be taken on the day of the draw, we will take reserves as well in the event that more tickets become available (for which we need your email address for Cheshire LTA contact).
Finally it is also important that you check that your contact details on the LTA website are up to date as they will use those to confirm your successful draw allocation and request payment. Failure to hold the correct data can result in the loss of the opportunity.
