Court Bookings Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book a court?
- From the Clubs website (click here), click on Court Booking tab.
- If you haven't already registered with ClubSpark, you will be asked to register at this point.
- Click on your desired booking slot on the booking sheet.
- You are able to view the booking sheet by court or by date.
Why do I see a padlock when I try to make a booking?
- Are you a current Club member?
All memberships expired 31 March 2022 and if you haven’t renewed for this year you won’t be able to book courts. Click on the Membership tab in the Club's website if you need to renew your membership, select the membership type and make the payment. - Are you registered with ClubSpark?
All members must be registered to make court bookings.
Why am I getting ‘Access Denied’ message?
- Make sure you are using the log-in details you originally registered with to sign into ClubSpark. This will be either email + Password, or LTA credentials, Google, Microsoft or Facebook login.
- Once you have registered using one of these methods you must log in using the same method every time.
Where can I find Court Booking Terms of Use?
- When you first make a booking, you will have to accept the Club’s terms of use in order to complete the booking.

Can junior members book a court?
- The junior member’s parent or guardian will need to book the court for them.
- Parents / Guardians will need to register on behalf of their child. Once logged in they will be able to click on their name in the top right-hand corner where they will be able to change the user to their child’s profile. They will then be able to book on behalf of the child.
- Please Note: If the parent hasn’t changed users to the child and isn’t a member themselves they may see an ‘access denied’ message or ‘padlocks’ preventing them from booking as they are not the member.
How long can I book for?
All bookings are for 90 minutes.
How many sessions can I book?
Members are allowed to book one court per day to enable as many members as possible the chance to play.
Can I play with a non-member?
Providing you pay the visitor fee in advance, you can play with non-members. Please follow the Club’s Guest Policy here for rules and payment details. £5 for adults, £2.50 for juniors under 18 years. Guests are limited to 3 visits per annum.
How do I cancel my court booking?
- Sign into Clubspark.
- There are 2 options to cancel a booking.
- Click on 'My bookings' tab on the booking sheet. This will bring you to a list of your upcoming bookings. To cancel a booking, click the 'Cancel' tab adjacent to the booking you would like to cancel.
- The second way is via the booking confirmation email. Within the email, there will be a link, 'click here to manage your bookings', If you click this link, a new page will open up on 'Your bookings' page where you can cancel as above.
- You will be asked if you are sure you want to cancel the booking, select 'Yes' if you would like to proceed.
