1) If you choose to give us personal information, such as your name, contact details and date of birth (for example to process an application or provide you with a subscription) then this will be held and processed by Hambleden Tennis Club (HTC) in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

2) HTC may use your personal information for the following purposes:

a. To only process information necessary to establish or maintain membership or support of HTC, which may involve contacting you by post or e-mail.

b. To make parts of the website easier for you to use so you can enter your personal information.

c. To allow HTC to administer and organise tournaments.

d. The reasonable purposes of HTC, acting always within the Data Protection Act 1998.

e. To only keep information while you are a member of HTC or as long as necessary for member administration.

3) By submitting your personal information to HTC, you signify your consent to HTC using the information provided in the manner described above. If we amend our privacy policy, it will be published on the HTC website.
