We have created an online form to allow our members to feedback their thoughts to the Sports Club Board. We want to ensure that all members have an opportunity to offer feedback of any kind, and where appropriate your opinions on what can be done to improve the club in relation to that feedback

Your feedback is vitally important to us, and all feedback received will be considered and discussed at a future board meeting, and will ensure that your opinions are heard with an aim to us improving the club for its members.

Your feedback will be treated with sensitivity and the source of any feedback will not be shared beyond any members of the board without your express permission. That said, you are welcome to provide your views anonymously if you wish.
