🎾 Member Booking Guide

Hayle Tennis Club uses the LTA’s official online booking system - ClubSpark - to manage all court bookings. You can book a court quickly and securely via:

This page guides you through registering, booking courts, adding guests, booking for juniors or family members, and managing your bookings.


๐Ÿ” First Time? Register or Sign In

Before you can book, you’ll need to Sign in (or Register if you don’t already have an LTA account)

  1. Go to Our websiteโ†—
  2. Click Register or Sign In at the top right
  3. Use the same login details every time to keep your bookings linked
  • If you are a new member please use the invitation link sent via email for the first time accessing the sign in.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: If you are a member and log in with different account details to the ones you originally registered with, the system won’t recognise you as a member and will try to charge you the visitor rate. Please log in with your original details or contact us for help if this happens.


๐Ÿ‘ค Free Court Bookings

As a member, you can book courts free of charge. Courts can be booked 14 days in advance and all members are able to book a one hour slot every day.

  1. Sign in to your account using the same details linked to your membership
  2. Go to the Book a Court tab
  3. Use the calendar to pick your preferred date and court
  4. Click your chosen time slot
  5. Confirm your booking
  6. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your booking details and the entry code for the gate and courts

You can view or cancel your bookings at any time under My Bookings.

๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ Adding Guests

If you’re bringing a non-member to play with you, please add them to your booking and pay the guest fee when prompted:

  1. Select Add Participant and include your guest(s)
  2. The system will automatically add the guest fee to your total before you confirm
  3. Payment is made securely by card during the booking process
  4. If you would rather pay the guest fees when you play:
    - Record the details in the Guest Book in the clubhouse
    - Place a named envelope with the cash payment into the suggestion box in the meeting room
    - Alternatively, use the QR code displayed in the clubhouse window

๐Ÿ‘ช Booking on Behalf of Juniors or Family Members

Parents and main contacts can book on behalf of linked junior or family members:

  1. Log in to your LTA account (not on the junior or family member’s account) on our website
  2. Click on your initials in the top right and choose Switch User to select the junior or member you wish to book for
  3. Go to the member's profile and click on Bookings
  4. Select Make a Booking
  5. You can then proceed to make the booking as usual.

Note: This can only be done via the website, not the mobile app. Any payments (e.g., guest fees) are handled in the normal way.


๐Ÿงพ Managing Your Bookings

  • To view or cancel, go to My Bookings in your ClubSpark account or the Booker App
  • To access your account, click your initials in the top-right and select My Profile
  • You can also add your bookings to your calendar directly from the confirmation page.
