Welcome to Hayle Tennis Club! Visitors are very welcome to book courts at Hayle Tennis Club. This guide walks you through registration, booking, payment, access, and other useful tips to make your visit easy.

🔐 Register or Sign In

Before booking, you’ll need an LTA account:

• Go to Our website↗
• Click Register or Sign In at the top right
• Log in using your existing LTA account, or create one for free

Once you're signed in, you’re ready to book your first court!

🌤️ Booking a Court

• Court hire for visitors is £10 per hour per court
• Log in using your LTA account
• Go to Book a Court
• Select date and time
• Confirm and pay via card
• You’ll receive an email confirmation with all your booking details, including the entry code for the gate and courts.

💡 Important: Court hire fees are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of your booked time. So please check your schedule carefully.

🔑 Access

• Your confirmation email will include your key box code for the car park and courts
• The key box is next to the main gate — please return the key securely after use so the next players can access it.
• Please drive considerately down Tremeadow Terrace. 
• Parking is available in our club car park or Foundry Square car park (please avoid using residential spaces)

💡 Note: Floodlights are not currently available to non-members.

🧾 Managing Bookings

• View or cancel via My Bookings in ClubSpark or the Booker App
• You can also add your court bookings to your calendar directly from the confirmation page

Cancellations made in good time help other players enjoy the courts - thank you!

📲 App & Support

• The ClubSpark Booker App is free on Android and iPhone and makes managing bookings easy on the go
• For help with login or technical issues, visit the ClubSpark Help Centre

💡 Did You Know...

If you play regularly, membership might work out cheaper!
Standard Adult Membership is £120 a year, which includes daily free court bookings, use of floodlights, and access to club sessions, matches, and events.
