How to create a ClubSpark account and log in to your HHTC membership account

In this way, you'll be able to access member-only content, access the club calendar, and check your membership status. To log in follow the following steps:

Step 1: Go to our club’s website

• Open your web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.).
• Visit our club’s ClubSpark website - https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/hhtc

Step 2: Click Sign in

• At the top of the page, click Sign in.
• On the login screen, select Create an account (or Register).

Step 3: Create your account

• Enter your email address
• 👉 Use the same email address you gave to the club
• Create a password
• Fill in your basic details (name, date of birth, etc.)
• Submit the form

📧 Check your email
You may receive a verification email. If so, click the link inside it to confirm your account

Step 4: Log in to ClubSpark

• Return to your club’s website https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/hhtc
• Click Sign in
• Enter your email address and password

You are now logged in.

Step 5: Access members-only pages

Once logged in:
Members-only pages will automatically become visible

You can check your membership status
https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/HaywardsHeathTennisClub/Memberships 

⚠️ If you can log in but cannot see members-only content, this usually means:

• Your account email does not match the email held by the club, or
• Your membership has not yet been activated by the club administrator

Common problems & quick fixes

I already have an LTA account

✔️ That’s fine — use the same email address when logging in. ClubSpark and the LTA use the same login system.

• I forgot my password
• Click Sign in → Forgot password
• Follow the email instructions to reset it

I can log in but can’t see member only pages

• Contact your club and ask us to:
• Check your membership status
• Confirm your email address matches our records
