We also have Changing Facilities for all including people with disabilities (there is also a lift for people in need of wheelchair access to our upstairs facilities). 

In these Changing areas we have showers, toilets, and a sauna in each. If you're wanting to use the sauna on its own as a non member it is £3.85. Please ring for the sauna to be switched on in advance so it can be nice and warm for when you get here.
