The Trustees of the Club are appointed from time to time as necessary by the Club from among the Members who are willing to be so appointed. Trustees hold office during their life or until they resign or until they are removed from office. There must be a minumum of 2 Trustees and a maximum of 4. The Trustees and the Management Committee are all bound by the rules of the HWLTC Constitution.

The Trustees have a legal responsibility relating to the property of the Club, ensuring its use and benefit for the club. They also are kept informed of the work of the Management Committee.

The Trustees are all voluteers and playing members of the Club.
