CCTV Policy

We have CCTV onsite for protection of the club and club members.  Our CCTV Policy explains how it is used and how privacy is safeguarded.

Photography and Filming

It is lovely to have photographs and videos as records of club events.  However, it is important to consider the rights of those being photographed or filmed and the use to which any images may be put.  Please read our Photography and Filming Policy before using cameras at the club.

Safeguarding

Social Media

Hillside LTC uses social media to inform members and visitors of what is happening at the club.  Our Social Media Policy explains how we ensure that it is used responsibly.

Sun Safety

Tennis is an outdoor sport so it is important to take precautions against over exposure to the sun.  Please read our club Sun Safety Policy.

COVID19 Documents
