On Sunday 22nd January the Wardle Cup took place at the club - the event was well supported despite the cold weather. Each competing pair needed to have a combined age of 90 or more to be able to enter. Whilst a challenge for some, it was easier for others! A round robin format was played with a final also played on the same day. Paul Johnson and Marian Barham won the cup after beating Paul Holl and Anna Kevan in the final.
