Troubleshooting

If the booking system doesn't allow you to select a court please check the following;

  1. Check the time/date you are selecting it's sometime in the future. Past booking slots will be greyed out.
  2. Check that you are logged in. Your login name should be visible at the top right of the screen.
  3. You must be a valid member to book. Select Adult or Child membership from the Membership page.
  4. Refer to the user guides below for further troubleshooting
