On the Booker app:

Go to your upcoming bookings - tap the booking then tap 'cancel' at the bottom of the screen, then tap 'confirm'.

On the website:

Go to https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/HooleLTC/Booking/Bookings and log in, then click the 'cancel' icon next to your booking:
