Come along and have a go with one of our courses. We have something for everyone whether you have never picked up a racket or you are a seasoned player.
What's on offer:
Tennis Xpress: a 6 week short course for beginners who have just started or want to take up a new sport. This is a great way to get active and socialise.
Cardio Tennis: a fun, group fitness activity for all ability levels. It is a fast moving fitness session to music and an exciting alternative to the gym! You do not need to be able to play tennis to do this session it is primariliy a fitness session.
Adult matchplay: Focuses on doubles tactics and develops technique
Team Tennis: Regular weekly sessions for our club team players
Adult Masterclass: Themed sessions working on specific technical or tactical play. For example slice backhand.
