This Yellow Ball Group is for Beginners Only - This course is designed to teach and improve Ground Stroke Techniques - Forehand, Backhand and Serving. The session will be fast pace with some cardio tennis and development bucket drills to promote quick development in players game. Get fit and learn to play Tennis.
