At the KTC AGM on Monday 6th November 2023, Elizabeth M Batey announced that she would be standing down from the KTC Committee and therefore relinquishing her role as Chair. Club Secretary Fiona Goodwin thanked Elizabeth for all her hard work in establishing KTC and Fiona highlighted that it was 4 years of work that Elizabeth had put into opening the courts on 27th August 2016. Fiona proposed that Elizabeth be made an Honorary President of KTC and this was seconded by KTC Committee member Carol Roberts. Elizabeth accepted her new title. KTC would like to thank Elizabeth for her hard work and commitment to the club over the past 11 years.
