Any player who has been invited to play a league match for the first time with LBTC should please ensure they are affiliated to LBTC as an LTA member and have also completed the LTA Competition Eligibility Form before the match is played.

Sign in to your LTA account:  LTA website

To affiliate yourself:

Select the purple person icon on the top right of the screen.  Select Profile, then Account Settings. Account Details, Venues.  Add Leighton Buzzard Tennis Club & Save.

To complete eligibility form: 

Select the purple person icon on the top right of the screen.  Select Profile, then Account Settings. Personal Details, Competition Eligibility.  Complete form.
