This Easter, take your doubles game to the next level with two doubles focussed workshops. Each workshop is designed to help players understand their roles on the court, improve teamwork, and execute smarter strategies on the doubles match court. Workshop 1: Serve & Return Start the point with confidence! This session focuses on the two most important shots in doubles: the serve and the return. We will look at serve placement, hand signals, targeting returners weaknesses, how to effectively neutralise a serve and patterns of play to help dominate the opening shots of a doubles rally. Workshop 2: Net Players Once the point is in play, the battle is often won at the net. This session focuses on the roles of both net players. Here we will look at net positions, poaching, transition from attack to defence and various tactics to win more points at the net.
