The LTA have advised us that following a thorough and highly competitive process at the LTA National Judging Panel, the club has been selected as an LTA Tennis Award National Finalist 2025!

As a National Finalist we will be taking part in the National Awards Ceremony at the National Tennis Centre, London on Thursday 24h April

We are likely one of just three-five clubs selected nationally.  

Beat that? It gets even better, Hilda Moore is a finalist for the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award. Wow!

Launched in 2015, the awards highlight the talent across the tennis community in Britain, which includes 25,000 volunteers, 2,354 clubs and over 9,500 LTA approved tournaments. Last year, winners were judged from over 2,600 public nominations, and this year the LTA are hoping to break the 3,000 barrier.

This reflects the great work by everyone at the club and is fantastic for the game we all love in our community. Fingers crossed!
