Bangor Tennis Club is a thriving, friendly tennis club, located in Upper Bangor - close to the Menai Straits and the University. It has three beautiful, sheltered outdoor courts. There has been a club on the same Buckley Road site since the 1920s .

The club offers a wide range of playing opportunities. They welcome players of all ages and abilities and in addition to a range of good value membership options, they also offer courts  to the general public on a 'Pay & Play' basis.

Throughout the year they have regular 'open' club and coaching sessions. They also host  seasonal tournaments, events and coaching and they also have a thriving year round social scene.

For the more serious player, Bangor Tennis Club has men’s, ladies’, mixed and juniors’ teams playing in North Wales competitions. The Club has produced two senior Welsh International players, Margaret Lewis and Max Griffiths, and a senior Welsh Champion Praful Ghatage, as well as several senior and junior North Wales County players.
