• Yearly subscriptions run from the first day of the month of joining, and are not refundable
• Subscriptions may be paid in instalments by prior arrangement with the Membership Secretary.
• Your subscription should be paid by Bank transfer: Barclays Bank account no.70682527 – Sort Code 20-88-13, or by cheque made payable to Mayfield Lawn Tennis Club sent to the Membership Secretary, Garnet Shackel, Spinneys, Wellbrook, Mayfield, Sussex, TN20 6HH.
• Notice of resignation must be given in writing one month before the subscription is due.
