New Club Coach Appointed - Marcin Tycner
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Marcin Tycner as the club's Head Coach.
Marcin is a Level 4 Senior Club Coach with more than 15 years experience of coaching across different countries. He has also competed at national/international level as a junior.
Marcin has a passion for helping players at all levels improve and particularly enjoys working with club players, ensuring each session is enjoyable and specific for player's needs.
Marcin has a degree in Sports Coaching and a Strength & Conditionining/Fitness qualification which helps in understanding various aspects of the game.
Information about the new coaching programme will be available soon for group sessions commencing in early January 2026.

Mortonhall Tennis Club - Play, Enjoy, Improve
Welcome to Mortonhall Tennis Club. We are a friendly and popular tennis club based in the south of Edinburgh, with 5 high quality all-weather Tiger Turf tennis courts in Edinburgh allowing play 365 days a year.
We have enjoyable social tennis sessions for players of all abilities, run competitive box leagues / ladders at different levels for those wanting to compete and have our own club tournament every year in August/September. Also, we have multiple ladies, mens, vets, mixed and junior teams competing in the East of Scotland leagues and cups.
We have an active coaching programme for both adults and children from beginners to experienced players. Also, we support tennis in the community with our Active schools programmes at local primary schools and Edinburgh University play matches on our courts.

SOCIAL TENNIS
Adult Social tennis - every Saturday 2-3.30pm - all welcome
Amercian Doubles Christmas Event - Saturday 6th December - 1.30-4pm followed by some festive refreshments in teh clubhouse. Tennis to begin at 1.30pm.
AGM - Tueday 27th January at 7pm in clubhouse - please make every effort to attend to ensure we have a quarum.
