A bit tight on the deadline for this (sorry, thought we'd posted this up previously but it appears we haven't) as it's today for the first round (though there will be other rounds).  The best way to improve (alongside some coaching/tuition), is to get out there and play matches.  This is what the Local Leagues initiative is all about.  Take a look at the East Lothian Tennis League.  Don't take too long to think about it though!
