Court Booking Rules

• Court bookings are now only online. 
• Bookings can be made online up until 1 hour before start time – thereafter it's walk-on and play.
• Court slots are 60 minutes, maximum of two hours.
• Bookings start on the hour.
• Members can book up to 7 days ahead; visitors up to 2 days ahead.
• No charge for members booking a court; £5 per hour per court for adult non-members.
• Adult non-members playing with a member pay £2.50; children <16 pay £1.
• Guests (non-members) playing with members please put court fee in a labelled envelope in the honesty box.
• Bookings should be cancelled if players are unable to make their start time.
• Parents of Junior members can book courts on behalf of their children.
• League matches, club events and coaching have priority.
• Sensible use of the system is encouraged by members, particularly during periods of heavy use.

Liability    The organisers accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury involved while using the courts. Players are entirely responsible for their own safety and for deciding whether the courts are in a fit state for play. The parents or guardians of children involved are solely responsible for their child’s supervision while they are playing.
