What a year it has been for Norfolk Pro Player Maddie Brooks.

Back in November 2023, Maddie was ranked 287 in the WTA Doubles Rankings.

32 tournaments later, having won three of her nine ITF World Tennis Tour finals and made her WTA tournament debut, Maddie is at a career-high No. 127.

Showing incredible consistency throughout the year, she managed to reach a final virtually every month, including in Tunisia, France, Japan, China and Portugal. 

Her first tournament success came in May, with fellow Brit Sarah Beth Grey in Kurme, then with China's Eunice Cohng victory in Portugal. As the year came to a close, Maddie lifted further trophies in Hamburg and Trnava with Isabelle Haverlag (pictured with Maddie above).

In November, she also managed to find time to for Norfolk in the LTA Winter County Cup, helping our ladies win promotion back to Division 4!
