Padel Venues

Padel is one of the UK's fastest growing sports. It’s easy to learn, extremely sociable and a great way to get a low impact, high-energy cardio workout. Played on an enclosed court about a third the size of a tennis court, groups of mixed ages and abilities can play together.

There are more than 800 padel courts in the Great Britain. As of January 2025, Norfolk has four padel court venues, including two LTA Registered Venues: the Diss Heywood Tennis & Padel Club and Norfolk Padel at East Barsham, near Fakenham.

Norfolk Tennis has two Padel Ambassadors: Suzie Scarlett and Paula Trudgill.

In 2025, Norfolk Tennis will runs its 1st Norfolk County Padel Championships between 8 September and 8 November. The semi-final and finals day will be held on 8 November at Norfolk Padel. More information to follow...

The rules are much the same as tennis, although you hit an underarm serve and the walls are used as part of the game. Padel is a great way to attract new members. Learn More
