Membership Year

The Old Wilsonians Lawn Tennis Club membership year runs from 1 April to 31 March.

Upon joining or renewing, members may either pay the full annual subscription or, where available, choose to pay by Direct Debit in six monthly instalments.

Membership Fees and Payment Options

Membership categories, subscription costs, payment methods and instalment details are provided during the online joining and renewal process.

Renewals

A few weeks before 1 April each year, a renewal email is sent via ClubSpark to all main contacts.

Members who do not choose to pay by Direct Debit must pay the full renewal fee within 30 days of the due date. Failure to do so will result in membership lapsing, and access to club facilities, competitions and league matches will be suspended.

Club Rules and Policies

All members are required to agree to the Club’s Terms and Conditions when joining or renewing.

As an LTA registered venue, all members must adhere to the club’s rules, Code of Conduct, safeguarding policies and health and safety procedures.

Persistent failure to comply with club policies may place membership at risk.

Member Information and Communication

All memberships and renewals are processed online through ClubSpark.

Members are asked to review and update their personal details during renewal and whenever their email address or mobile number changes.

The club’s primary means of communication is by email via ClubSpark.

Court Use

Only tennis may be played on the courts.

Appropriate sports clothing must be worn at all times, including non-slip, non-marking footwear.

Play must not take place after 10.00pm.

Floodlights are coin operated and currently cost £8 per hour per court.

Court Booking

All members are required to book courts in advance using the online court booking system.

Courts may be booked up to seven days in advance.

The club reserves the right to block book courts for coaching, club sessions, matches and other organised activities. All block bookings are shown in the online booking system.
