The 8th annual Jim Bailey tournament will be held on Sunday 2nd October with play starting at 1pm.
This event is primarily a men's doubles tournament with a round robin stage followed by semis & finals all on the same day. However, all players - fit for a full day of competitive match play - are welcome. If you'd like to take part, please submit your entry to John Whight asap.
The inaugural event was held in 2009 in memory of Jim Bailey who died from Motor Neurone Disease. He coached & played at many Northampton clubs & was a key to many county teams including Oundle, Thrapston, Northampton, Kettering & Corby. This year will be the 8th memorial tournament: he was a great coach and friend and is sadly missed.
