 'Come and join us for a free taster session of Strength and Conditioning training for tennis (low impact).

What to Expect:

**Medicine Ball Power Work:** 

Develop explosive strength and agility crucial for swift movements on the court. 

 **Resistance Bands:** 

Target both upper and lower body for balanced strength and flexibility.  

**Mobility Exercises:** Improve flexibility and range of motion to prevent injuries and enhance manoeuvrability. 

**Court Conditioning Work:** 

Build endurance and stamina tailored specifically for tennis demands. 

 

 Our focus is on low-impact exercises to safeguard against injuries, ensuring you stay at the top of your game.

Led by a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach.
