The Annual General Meeting will take place on Sunday 24th November at 5pm. The AGM is an important process in the management of our club and requires a quorum of 1/10th of members to attend in order to vote on key issues. 

The meeting on the 24th November is especially significant as it includes a resolution for incorporating the Club into a new Limited Company by Guarantee. The Committee, and particularly David Clarke, have worked extremely hard over the past year to get the legal aspects of the incorporation in place. Therefore we ask members to spare their time and attend the AGM to ensure this hard work will not go in vein.

The meeting will also provide the opportunity to elect new Committee Members. The roles which are becoming vacant this year include Men's and Ladies' Captains. For those members who wish to put themselves forward for these roles, nomination forms are available in the clubhouse.
